My mission is to aid as many women as possible in achieving overall health of the mind and body. This Ebook was created to help women around the world increase their fitness level and mental toughness through challenging workouts so they can gain self-confidence and strength this new year!

OVERVIEW

TheFitGal GETFIT 2016 Challenge is a 4-week challenge used to get you in shape for the New Year! You will be performing high-intensity resistance and body-weight training combined with HIIT and LISS cardio.

Each workout is 30 minutes from warm-up to cool-down and can be done at home, at the gym, or on the road!! The beauty of TheFitGal GETFIT 2016 Challenge is that every workout is timed, so whether you’re a beginner or an expert, you can experience high-level training and results!
 

TheFitGal GETFIT 2016 is a 4-week challenge, each week includes the following:

  • 5 unique circuit training days each week—you’ll never repeat a workout! (visual pictures of each circuit included)

  • 2 HIIT Cardio Days & 2 LISS Cardio Days

  • 1 Active Day

  • 1 Rest Day

    What will I need for the circuits?
