TheFitGal Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

 

If you love pumpkins and pancakes as much as me then this is the recipe for you! After a lot of trial and error I have finally perfected this recipe to make sure you’re not eating cardboard, flavorless hot cakes. 

INGREDIENTS: 

  • ½ to 1 scoop of PEScience Select Protein
  • 2 Tbsp of Oat Flour
  • 1Tbsp of baking powder
  • 1tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4c of pumpkin puree
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 Tbsp of Almond Milk
  • Pumpkin seeds for Garnish

 

DIRECTIONS:

Mix together the dry ingredients in a small or medium size bowl. Stir in the wet ingredients until completed mixed together. Spray pan and place on medium heat. Recipe makes about 4 small pancakes. Top with pumkin seeds, almond butter, cinnamon, and sugar free syrup.
