TheFitGal Protein Pancakes Made Easy

I threw this recipe together one day when I was craving some hot cakes but had literally nothing in the pantry. It’s quick, easy, and made with 5 simple ingredients!

INGREDIENTS: 

  • ½ to 1 scoop of PEScience Select Protein
  • 2 Tbsp of Oat Flour
  • 1tsp of baking powder
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 Tbsp of Almond Milk

 

DIRECTIONS:

Mix together the dry ingredients in a small or medium size bowl. Stir in the wet ingredients until completed mixed together. Spray pan and place on medium heat. Recipe makes about 4 small pancakes. Top with almond butter, cinnamon, sugar free syrup, and whatever your healthy heart desires!

Tip: I didn’t add it to this recipe but to make extra moist and fluffy pancakes you can add a 1/4c of plain greek yogurt!
